Location: Czech Republic - Remote work from your home office! 

Main Duties:
  • Translate, proofread and edit questionnaires and reports, ensuring timely submission
  • Report to Country Operational Manager, assist in successful completion of mystery shopping projects local & international as required.
  • Ensure smooth communication with clients, understand and cover requirements and allow for a successful and trustful partnership.
  • Understand and comply with company standards, achieve and measure objectives within time line and budget, generate business reports regularly.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related would be valuable.
  • Experience with Customer Insight, Market Research & Retail Industry will be an asset. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical & problem solving skills, detail-oriented with positive attitude.
  • Outstanding command of Czech and English, both written and oral, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Own computer and decent internet connection.
  • Availability: Flexible to cope with tasks.
  • Willing to work Freelance

Conditions offered:
  • Freelance agreement with hourly rate. 10- 20 hours per week.
  • Work in a truly international environment.
